How to Fill Out TDAC — Step by Step
Step 1: Go to Official Website
Visit the official TDAC portal: tdac.immigration.go.th

Step 2: Create Account or Continue as Guest
You can register an account or fill out the form as a guest. Guest option is faster for one-time travelers.
Step 3: Enter Personal Information
- Full name (exactly as in your passport)
- Passport number and expiry date
- Nationality
- Date of birth
- Gender
Step 4: Enter Travel Details
- Flight number (e.g., TG 123, SQ 456)
- Arrival date
- Port of entry (e.g., Phuket International Airport - HKT)
- Accommodation address in Thailand
- Purpose of visit (Tourism, Business, etc.)
Step 5: Health Declaration
Answer basic health questions. Standard COVID-era questions may still appear but are usually formalities.
Step 6: Submit and Save QR Code
